I am a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I afford quality and affordable online telehealth counseling for residents of Ohio.In therapy, I focus on working with painful past experiences and how those past experiences affect our thoughts, actions and bodies today. My therapy is trauma-informed and YOU-centered, working specifically on the alleviation of anxiety symptoms and helping you to learn how to live the life you want to live, right here and now.In addition to being a professional counselor I have over a decade of pastoral counseling experience and working with not-for-profits, clergy, and conflict resolution.
