Paul Konz
Psychotherapist -
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults looking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their problems and the world around them. Central to my practice is my commitment to healing, insight and balance, both for clients and in my own life. Our work together will allow you to safely explore your current and past stories, giving you a richer understanding of who you are, what you value and what you need. I believe it is in this process where we make contact with our core self, and tap into our natural abilities to problem solve and find balance.
I have particular experience in working with issues related to anxiety, mood dysregulation, trauma, shame and stigma, and substance/process addiction. I have also worked extensively with members of LGBTQIA communities, and offer an affirming and sex-positive space for any part of your journey.
I offer a free, 15-minute consultation via phone, as a chance for us to talk further about what brings you to therapy, and how I may help. I am currently seeing clients via Telehealth only, due to health and safety guidelines for COVID-19.
