You may have tried many different ways to get yourself out of this funk, but nothing seems to work.
You don’t need advice or “positive thinking.” You need someone who will listen, walk with you, talk with you, at least try to understand and help you unravel this mess. Real, long-term healing takes work, and you need someone who can partner with you in achieving your goals by doing this work alongside you. I can’t solve it for you, but I can listen and walk with you.
I want to help you dig out of this muck. We can work together to build a deeper, more meaningful life. You can build healthy boundaries and better connections you never thought possible. You can find new ways to restore your sense of self and find joy again.
