Patricia Bagwell
Licensed Mental Health Counselor -
I am passionate about creating a safe and positive counseling partnership with clients. Life can be a journey full of change, unexpected challenges, and setbacks. My aim is to help clients learn how to manage life stressors in healthy ways. I empower clients in creating counseling goals that align with their personal needs and values. We can work together to help you discover increased self-compassion, ways to honor your needs, and skills to manage your emotions without feeling overwhelmed by them. I believe counseling can provide newfound hope, freedom from negative thoughts, and emotional healing.I offer individual, couple, and family counseling services. I believe in taking a holistic therapeutic approach to helping clients heal emotionally, spiritually, and physically. My specialty areas include anxiety and depressive disorders, grief/loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, perfectionism, compassion fatigue, caregiver support and life transitions. I would consider it an honor to come alongside you in your counseling journey.
