Patrice Heller
Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Rabbi -
Choosing a psychotherapist is a highly personal decision. The key element in therapy is the feeling of authentic connection between you and your therapist. As a client, you want to feel understood, you want your therapist to “get you.” My practice is based upon your strengths and competencies as a foundation for working with aspects of your life in which you feel more vulnerable.
Most people seek therapy when life feels “too much” or confusing and efforts to deal with their emotional and social pain have not been successful. Therapy can help you find your way and move forward with a toolkit of skills, awareness and positivity.
We will work together to address your concerns and feelings about a wide range of issues, both historical and current. My therapeutic perspective integrates various theoretical models and clinical approaches to specifically identify and serve your personal growth and relationships.
I work with adults of all ages for individual, couples and family therapy. I welcome you to call me for a 15 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and what you want to achieve in psychotherapy.
