Paola Bailey
Psychologist - PsyD
I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist who specializes in in helping people overcome trauma, grief, depression, and identity, relationship, and esteem struggles. I work on helping you overcome whatever roadblocks are in your way, and find a way of connecting to, or finding, your authentic, empowered self. I address the profound feeling of loss, shame, guilt, and anger in people with histories of trauma, and the lack of self-esteem, purpose, direction and motivation in those with depression. I work to deepen and nurture your relationship with yourself, your partner, your family, and your work. My goal is to help you rediscover what is uniquely strong and resilient about yourself so that you can begin to feel at home in your own body and mind.
