Hi – I have 20+ years working with people through a variety of mental/emotional/personal/professional issues and concerns – the past seven as a licensed professional counselor and the rest being in case management and as a Qualified Mental Health Specialist. In all the stories I’ve heard, what typically stands out for most people is the need to know and understand self, the things that happen to us, how it all fits together, and how to move forward. Finding your way here is a huge first step. It takes great courage to begin this journey. My hope is that I might hold the flashlight to help illuminate the way for you to see clearly and get to who and where you want to be in life, relationships, work, faith, etc.
