Olivia Weber
Art Therapist and Life Coach -
As a practitioner, my approach is transpersonal, humanistic, and client centered. I have my masters in Transpersonal Psychology and Art Therapy and am a certified yoga instructor. I incorporate mindfulness based approaches, and also offer art therapy when working with people in search of clarity and understanding of their patterns in their everyday life. I have 12 years of experience in the field working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, polyamory/nonmonogamy, and LGBTQ+ related challenges. Creating a safe and comfortable space for my clients to express themselves, explore, and gain support is vital to the healing process to create change in one’s life. You will be encouraged to give voice to your experiences both through the creative process as well as through engaging in conversation to give voice to the parts of you that don’t feel heard. Reconnecting with the parts of yourself that feel unwanted or rejected is also part of the work in order to begin accepting all parts of yourself. As a third culture kid, coming from a multiracial background and immigrating to this country – I have both personal and professional experience dealing with racism, marginalization, oppression, and much more. No experience with Transpersonal, Art or Yoga is necessary. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
