I am a culturally affirming Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I work with adults from various backgrounds to identify their goals, what’s getting in the way of reaching these goals, and how to remove these obstacles. I practice through a lens of self-compassion, cultural affirmation, Attachment Theory, intergenerational trauma, Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Life can be hectic and oftentimes our wellness and life goals ends up at the bottom of the priority list. What will the sessions be like?
Our sessions will be 45 mins long and a place where you get to unpack your feelings and explore your challenges through a culturally sensitive, queer-affirming, and supportive lens. We will work together to help clear the emotional clutter so that you can release and be happy.
