I provide a nonjudgmental space to help you explore and takes steps towards the changes you want to make. I help you translate your inner experience into coherent understandings, give you tools to more effectively express yourself, and help you build trust in your own inner guidance system.
My primary intention is to support you to be more empowered when it comes to your mental health. I have a background in Psychology, Social Work, and many years of doing my own spiritual and self-help work. I believe the core of a lot of our issues stem from the limiting beliefs we have about what we are capable of, and I want you to know that you are more powerful than you think! Oftentimes change is available right in the next moment. And when we change what goes on in our mind, our life changes.
