Nikia Kirkendoll

Associate Professional Counselor -

I create space for stories to be told and healing to happen. I am a firm believer that stories hold power and with power, comes the ability to heal and transform.

Seeking support as a woman of color can feel both overwhelming and hopeful. You may have been taught to be strong, to carry everything on your own—but true strength also means allowing yourself to heal. Acknowledging your pain is a courageous first step, and giving yourself permission to grow is an act of self-love.

The narratives we carry—about who we are, what we deserve, and how we should show up in the world—shape our confidence and sense of worth. Some stories uplift us, while others keep us stuck in cycles of self-doubt, fear, or feeling “not enough.” I offer a safe, affirming space where you can show up as your full, unfiltered self.

Together, we will rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you, uncover your resilience, and step into the confidence that has always been yours. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I’m here to walk beside you, supporting you every step of the way.
