Nicol Grishkevich
Counselor -
It is my belief that we are all on a unique journey, and each person needs individualized therapy that is tailored to help them. I work with clients to develop, and reach desired goals. I do this by providing a safe space to share your personal story, while also providing acceptance, and understanding. I believe in providing a welcoming environment for all. I don’t view being a therapist as just a job; I see it as a chosen career choice that I made, because I truly enjoy helping people. My approach to therapy is to help guide my clients to find the path that works best for them, so that they can reach their goals and feel accomplished and proud. My experience comes not only from my education and experience in counseling, but also from my life experiences. It is from my own life experiences, that allow me to relate and really empathize with my clients, as well as provide vaulable insight, comfort & understanding.. We all struggle in our own way. I am here to help you sort things out so the journey does not have to feel so confusing. You are not alone. If you are battling with depression, anxiety, grief, identity issues, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I can help. Asking for help is brave. It takes courage to be vulnerable, and talk about how you are feeling.
