Learning how to notice what you are thinking about, and challenge the unhelpful thoughts will help you feel more confident and happy. You will have more emotional energy to do the things you really want to do.
My practice is completely online, which makes it so much easier for working professionals, college students, and moms to access their therapy appointments since they don’t have to worry about driving somewhere and/or finding a babysitter.
