Nicole Hardy
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
I love working with people as they discover how to effectively work through challenging emotions and become more active participants in their own lives. It can be a difficult process, especially if you have been living on “autopilot” or are struggling to manage daily tasks. Many of my clients have trauma histories and may not have an understanding of how their lived experiences impact them emotionally or physically . Regardless of history, focusing on symptom relief is a crucial first step. Beyond that, I strive to work with a client to discover more details about what may lie beneath the present issues and include an exploration of how the mind and body are connected. I focus on the “big picture” and examine the internal and external forces that are impacting a person’s lived experience. I firmly believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to making lasting changes and I encourage you to reach out with any questions or to find out a little bit more about me.
