Psychotherapist - LPCC
It’s my honor to work with people experiencing a wide variety of concerns including, but not limited to: depression; anxiety; grief/loss; life transitions; postpartum depression; sexual abuse; relationship problems; low self-esteem; family of origin concerns; stress and more. One area of focus for me is in working with the LGBTQ+ community. I also particularly enjoy working with people with Asperger’s or their partners. My relational approach is based on the belief that within the framework of a trusting relationship with a therapist, clients can explore patterns of behavior and emotions which may relate back to earlier relationships. Once a better understanding of the origins of these patterns is developed, people often find lasting freedom from their hold over their lives. So, if you are looking for a supportive place to explore what’s troubling you, please take a look at my website and then give me a call or send an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you.
