Molly Lubin-Fosha

Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC-MHSP

Are you looking to break free from suffering and overcome your reluctance to be your authentic self? I know how hard it can be to try to cope and be in the struggle alone. I help clients navigate complex trauma and mental health challenges. My approach is integrative – tailored to your unique story and needs. We can walk together, grow together, and heal together.

I’m trained in three powerful modalities, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting that help you grow the muscles of resilience and joy. My practice is attachment-based and incorporates mindfulness and somatic techniques to help you befriend your nervous system. My aim is that you feel safe, and never alone. I have extensive experience supporting healing for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and disabled clients. I believe in therapy’s power to transform lives and I’m passionate about helping you uncover your inner strength and resilience.

I believe that every human can heal and move from suffering towards flourishing. I struggled with mental health challenges for most of my life, and I know how impossible healing felt at various times. I know firsthand the impact that a competent and attuned therapist can have. I became a therapist having experienced both wonderful and harmful therapy. I became a therapist to tip the scale in the direction of having one more deeply thoughtful, caring, empathic, and attuned therapist in the world. I deeply hold that all people have the wired-in, innate capacity for healing.
