I am so honored that you are here! What a courageous step you’re taking. I remember how scary it was to think about therapy. I am a person who likes to tough it out. But, after I went to my first session, I realized I needed that safe space to process and explore more than I thought. I want that for you, too.
I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and trauma/grief. I help individuals learn the tools quickly and become their own therapist.
I also work with many couples in counseling for communication, infidelity issues, and trust. My clients enjoy the boundaries I hold for them, offering them a safe place to feel supported.
