Michelle Spellacy

Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC

I’m a transplant from the Pacific Northwest via a ten year stop over in San Francisco and found my way to New York City. Today I’m a psychotherapist and coach with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with additional training in health coaching and medical family therapy.I have worked with people and couples across the life span. Young adults adjusting to college life, parents adjusting to an empty nest, career changers and those just beginning their careers, individuals experiencing a life changing health care diagnosis to women transitioning back to work from maternity leave.I find that primarily I’m here to support you and the people you love in creating the life you want. I’ll work to help you maintain balance; integrating mind and body while you explore, grow and address your concerns.
