Do you wish things could change but don’t know how to begin? I strive to work collaboratively with each client in a non-judgmental space to improve overall happiness and well being. Counseling can help you with a number of many of the stressors in life such as anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, family conflict, and self-exploration. Counseling provides a safe place to take risks, be vulnerable, gain support and become empowered to make changes in your life.I have a laid-back style and focus on creating a safe space. My approach is pretty eclectic. My philosophy is that therapy can’t be one size fits all and treatments should be customized to each individual client, couple, or family.
