Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - MSW, MPH
I enjoy working with adults facing transitions, relationship and family issues, and life stresses. In therapy, I will work with you to meet your goals and identify what you want to change in your life, and what may be keeping you from achieving that; using a variety of methods I will also share tools with you that you can use to understand and regulate emotional responses and manage stress and anxiety. My goal is to create a safe, therapeutic relationship for you to explore connections and patterns. I work from an anti-oppression lens, which means that I see all individuals, and acknowledge your unique identities and recognize the impact that living in our society has on our daily well-being. I enjoy using mindfulness-based approaches in my work, and offer meditations in session to clients who are interested. Feel free to schedule a free consultation with me to learn more.
