Michael Ostrower

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

I have over 33 years of experience working with individuals, families and groups. In my practice I see individuals of any age who may experience stress, loss, anxiety and/ or depression with their relationships, at home, work or school. As a Certified Group Psychotherapist and a Fellow of the American Group Psychotherapy Association, I have continued with my education on various aspects of mental health issues. As well as advancing my treatment techniques. In my practice, I strife to help my clients to enhance their strength and to discover new ways of dealing with life stress.Psychotherapy is a process of self-discovery and it’s based on relationship between client and the therapist it is based on trust and understanding that develops during the sessions. My philosophy is that treatment is a collaborative experience.
