I specialize in providing therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues, and difficulties expressing their needs. I have extensive experience in teaching new coping strategies and assertiveness skills, and helping to improve self-confidence and self-acceptance. I also offer EMDR Therapy to aid in healing from the impacts of traumatic experiences.
