Meg Zarnick

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

Welcome to Transitions Counseling Services. I am a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol Drug Counselor. You just took the first step in asking for help and I am here to offer it. The majority of my experience comes from working in outpatient addiction and mental health facilities, and I founded Transitions to provide the strong after-care plan support most people in recovery need after returning home. Recovery is not just about living sober but also maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit.Addiction and Mental Health Disorders are often found in combination and therefore require sophisticated approaches to sustain long term recovery. Each Transitions client receives an in-depth assessment and treatment plan tailored specifically for them.I am dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships with all my clients and believe it is important to be empathetic and attentive to everyone’s needs critical to achieving balance and personal growth. Individual counseling is often supplemented by group therapy. Recovery is hard, but Transitions can help you succeed.
