Meg Rogers
Marriage & Family Therapist -
I specialize in anxiety and trauma work with children and adults and am licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and California. I am passionate about social justice, health at any size, and living in partnership with one’s body. I have direction and ideas about our therapy and where we need to go. We will work together collaboratively. I am not a therapist who sits and lets you talk for an hour (well maybe, sometimes, if you really need that). I know a lot. You know a lot, and we are here to get things done. I’m a therapist because it’s actually a tremendously joyful profession. I’m passionate about working with people who are ready to make changes. I understand the strength it takes to live with anxiety and keep going. I am skilled at identifying the good in everyone I work with and listening without judgment. I am an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist. I am also trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, DBT, and postmodern therapies including Narrative and Solution Focused therapy.
