Megan Herdeman

Counselor - LPC

Life gets really hard and heavy sometimes – usually unexpectedly and sometimes repeatedly. My approach is thoughtful and pragmatic. I’ll work with you to help clarify values, needs, and desires to live a life that feels genuine to you. We’ll work on communication and identifying patterns that don’t work anymore to feel more fulfilled. We’ll get things feeling lighter and more joy-filled.
It is an actual privilege to be able to hold space and witness so many incredibly courageous clients create the lives they want and deserve. Let’s work together to figure out what’s next.
