Seeking out counseling is a great choice. You may be feeling stressed, down, anxious, overwhelmed, or frustrated. However, deciding to bring someone alongside you to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and change is a solid first step. I enjoy helping clients learn new ways of handling stress and difficult emotions, identify their strengths, and work toward lasting change.
In counseling, I work with adults struggling with a number of concerns, including depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, relationship problems, self-esteem, personal growth, and career issues. I use an integrative approach, blending techniques and worldviews from relational-cultural, humanistic, and emotion-focused therapies.
Additionally, I offer psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide assessment for a variety of issues, including behavioral problems, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and learning disabilities. For counseling and testing, I currently accept private, self-pay. Shortly, I will be accepting some insurance. I offer some evening/weekend appointments.
