My wish is to help you feel calm, confident, and able to achieve your personal goals.
My style of therapy is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, which utilizes solution-focused, emotion-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic principles. I apply these techniques to help clients with the goals of building self-esteem, healthy relationships, coping with anxiety, depression, & PTSD, becoming more attuned to their emotions, and navigating life transitions. In a session together, you can expect to engage in a collaborative and conversational style of therapy that is custom-tailored to your unique needs.
