Meagan Parker

With over 15 years of experience in mental health, and over 20 working with children and families, I firmly believe that therapy is an interactive journey towards personal growth and achieving one’s goals. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. Specializing in treating teenagers aged 16 and above, as well as adults aged 18 and older, my background spans community mental health, acute behavioral health and substance use, in-home and outpatient services, substance use, and child and adolescent services.I use a range of evidence based practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices, and attachment-based theory. My areas of expertise include anxiety, ADHD, couples/family, depression, confidence concerns, career difficulties, interpersonal relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, strengths based, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Together, we can embark on a journey towards healing and personal transformation.
