Matt Vest

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate -

Walking life’s long path can be a complex and often isolating endeavor. Sometimes we need a companion on our expedition who has our back, sees us and accepts us as we are, sits with us in the darkness, and helps us find our way through difficult territory.I want to help my clients work through the profound existential dilemmas that touch each of our lives. I am passionate about assisting clients as they grapple with the universal quest for meaning, confront grief, navigate the complexities of fear and anxiety surrounding death and illness, make impactful life decisions, cope with life transitions, and confront the challenges of loneliness and depression. In my practice, I view these struggles not merely as obstacles, but as opportunities for personal growth and transformation. Each challenge and anxiety presents a chance to cultivate new responses and perspectives, contributing to the unique tapestry of who we are meant to become. My goal is to empower individuals to take ownership of their lives, to become the authors of their stories, and to illuminate their path with newfound meaning.
