Matthew Coffman

Licensed Professional Counselor -

I want you to feel heard, understood, and valued. It is my intention through the therapeutic process that we will engage in deep conversations, skills acquisition, and move toward growth. You are valuable and it is not only important that you are able to express that, but incorporating it into your everyday life. I value direct conversations, communication with outside providers, and building skills to encourage your continued growth. At the end of most sessions, we will talk about growth goals to work on for the next session, and if you don’t know what your goals are, we can work collaboratively to establish ‘life worth living goals. It is my personal philosophy that therapy shouldn’t be long, and my job is done when you no longer need my services. Send me a message and we can get started!
