Deciding to begin therapy can be an emotionally challenging time, especially if you are a sufferer of abuse, depression, or anxiety. It can feel like no one understands what you’re going through, and it is hard to open up about these issues. This is where I come in. I am here to support and empower my clients. I treat each client with respect and understanding with their unique situation. I also use mindfulness with my clients, which helps my clients to become in tune with themselves as well as developing positive skills for coping.
My expertise includes seeing children, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), physical and sexual trauma, anger management concerns, and bipolar disorders. I also provide parenting skills for parents struggling with family concerns. My counseling style allows you to achieve your goals.
