Mariah Plociniak
Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT
Starting therapy takes guts—it is a scary and vulnerable process. But confronting these fears is the first step towards creating the life you deserve.
You might be struggling with something concrete—a challenge in your relationships or a professional hurdle. You might be facing a big decision. Or you simply might know something feels off but are unable to place a finger on what is going on. No matter the issue, I am here to walk you through the process.
I bring my true self to the therapy room: blunt, honest, slightly crude, and very funny (as I said…honest). My approach builds authenticity and connection with my clients, giving them the space to find who they are and to embrace it wholeheartedly. I am an LMFT with a focus on couples and individuals, and I am committed to staying up-to-date with my training on relationships and trauma. I am eccentric, but my practice and approaches are evidence-based.
Life is hard and sometimes even our best efforts leave us feeling unworthy, frustrated, and anxious. Asking for help can be the last thing we want to do. With me, you can be your whole self—you can bring every part of you without a fear of judgment or rejection. I look forward to meeting the true you.
I am currently accepting telehealth clients only. For more information about my practice, please visit my website at www.sacredhealingcounseling.com.
