Margaret Klein
Psychotherapist - LCSW
(She/Her) I am a psychotherapist with a primarily psychodynamic and attachment-based orientation. I believe each individual is the expert of their own life and deserves to thrive in a life of stability and fullness. I’m a warm, supportive, and direct therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they deepen self-understanding and strengthen relationships. I provide a trauma-informed space for adults in need of healing anxiety, complex and relational traumas, shame, loss, adjustment, depression, and self-image challenges.
My approach incorporates an anti-oppressive framework and a mix of attachment, polyvagal, and developmental theories. In our work together, I weave in elements of EMDR, MI, SFBT, ACT, and narrative therapy as appropriate to support growth and nervous system regulation.
I would be honored to walk alongside you in building upon your strengths to nourish your life and resolve internal conflicts.
