Marcy Victor
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - LCSW, MPH, CHT, BCC
As your therapist and board certified coach, I will create a safe space for you to go to a deeper level of consciousness and feeling. Our work together is heart centered and I will use different modalities according to your needs and acceptance levels for going deeper. My approach is individualized, and allows us to creatively explore your life issues while improving your self-esteem and self-efficacy. Together we will address any fears that are keeping you from moving forward in your life, such as in your relationships and work, as well as determining your resources and support.Through this process, you will realize your strengths and find the empowerment to handle life transitions and change more effectively. The different modalities I use might include hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, meditation, imagery, relaxation, yoga, and personality and career assessments (e.g., Strong Interest Inventory® and MBTI ®).My goal for you is to help you live more easily and freely, and to create the balance and change you desire in your life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to live a healthier life physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
