Marc Heuser

Counselor -

I want to offer you healing from the pain of the past in order to live the life you long for.Sometimes adverse experiences of life resurface in the form of depression, anxiety, stress, and unhealthy habits and coping strategies. We push down traumatic events, childhood victimizations, and assaults on our true selves as way to survive. This strategy only works for so long until the pain resurfaces, and we are faced with the choice of leaning into the healing, or diving deeper into avoidance. If you want to access healing via confidential videoconferencing sessions, I would be honored to work with you in a shame free and safe environment using EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma informed therapy.
