Mallory Peterman
Licensed Mental Health Counselor -
I found my love & passion for school-aged children & adolescents while working 16+ years in education as a school counselor. I feel my role is to be the ultimate child advocate, helping & healing in a safe environment free from judgment. As a therapist, I specialize in working with all school-age children/teens and young adults and their families by understanding first-hand what it’s like growing up in schools during this day & age. Depression, anxiety, bullying, social pressures, family problems, behavior problems, trauma, identity issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, & poor coping skills are just some of the things I witnessed day-today in the school setting that I feel impede the learning environment & entire wellbeing of the student. I utilize various models of therapy based on individual client needs.
