You may feel anxious, sad, or frustrated, and wonder how in the world you ended up here. If you feel stressed and exhausted, working on yourself can be hard to begin and tough to maintain, especially if you’re busy with work or family. Feelings can be difficult, change can take a long time, and we can sometimes feel like a burden to others. It could be that you’re trying to figure out what to say, what to do, or where to go. You might be trying to figure out what’s wrong and how to change it so you can be a more confident, happier version of yourself. Maybe you’re ready to explore what it means to be you and what you want in life.
I don’t believe in one sized fits all programs; let’s break down what YOU want to work on at YOUR pace, and in ways that make sense to YOU. Let’s have the hard talks, tackle making difficult choices, and figure out a way to set firm but kind boundaries with others. I want to help you have more energy, less stress, and feel more confident just being yourself.
I am accepting new Open Path Collective clients! My caseload is almost full but I do have a few openings at select times on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Please reach out when you’re ready and see if we can find a time that will work for both of our schedules.
