Maggie Lipham

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - LCSW

Long before I completed my professional training and formal education I lived as a person with SPMI. That lived experience informs the treatment I provide as much as my education and professional experiences.I am not an outsider who wants to fix you, just a fellow warrior that wants to show you what worked for her. Let’s honor the coping strategies that got you to this point and help you find some better ones. I am direct, curious, irreverent, compassionate, & sometimes annoyingly chipper. You are worth all of the time energy you spend building a life that lights you up inside. The people I am most able to help will sometimes have a hard time believing that anyone has a life that lights them up inside, that it is even possible to be that excited about waking up. Struggles with self-harm, chronic suicidality, self-esteem, depression, and trauma backgrounds…these folks are the folks that will find a willing and capable ally in me. Oh, and I cuss like a sailor.
