After 18 years of helping children, teens, families, couples and individual adults through hard times in life I can say with confidence that counseling with a qualified and caring professional can change your life for the better. I believe in developing a trusted relationship with clients so that I am able to introduce you to new ways of thinking, communicating that can literally change your relationships for the better. I also have nearly 30 years of experience practicing and teaching mindfulness, meditation, gentle yoga and other means of learning how to get relief from stress and feel better in body, mind and spirit.
