Lora Pilcher
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate -
I currently provide telemental health services, such as telephone and video counseling, to youth and adults (12 years and older) regarding issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress, sexuality, life transitions, school issues, gender, relationships, family, work, and substance abuse. I predominately treat youth and young adults within the LGBTQ+ community as they navigate intersectionality, life transitions, and identity development. I am passionate advocate and ally who celebrates diversity whether ethnicity, race, faith, sexuality, relational, gender, etc. I have an integrative and person-centered counseling approach combining mindfulness, skill building, self-acceptance, interpersonal relationship building, and health boundary development.
I offer a FREE 15-20-minute consultation and assessment (brief online questionnaire) to determine if telemental health is right for you!
