Liz Hatzispiros

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate - MA, LPCA, NCC

Anxiety, stress, and sadness are a normal part of life, but these feelings are starting to take over and inhabit multiple area’s of life in a profoundly negative way. You’re tired of people telling you it will get better, but with no real support of what you’re going through. You’re afraid of expressing these thoughts to your friends or family because of them sticking a label or diagnosis on you, but you really want to talk to someone about it. You’re seeing your child exhibit similar emotions and you’re not sure how to help him/her. You’re worried it’s something you’ve done and are not sure how to grow or change.

You’re hope is that someone can understand what you’ve been through and offer support not tell you what they’ve done and assume it will also work for you, because you’re different. You wish you could find a person who will listen and offer guidance but not judge. Whether you are seeking counseling for yourself or for your child, I’m here to help.

I work with children and their families between ages 4-10, college students, young adults, and professionals who are experiencing an array of life stress, depression, anxiety, and transitional concerns. Send me an email or give me a call and we can get started today. Any and all ages, genders, races, culture, sexualities, and ideologies are welcomed.
