Lisa Weiner
Clinical Therapist -
You can’t be yourself when relationships issues are overshadowing your life. My clients find themselves overwhelmed with hurt, trust issues, disconnection, infidelity, strain, and anger. Many of my clients find themselves walking on eggshells to prevent an argument or finding ways to avoid their partner. Their relationships with friends and family have started to suffer because it’s so hard to experience joy with mistrust or uncertainty lurking with their partner.
My clients want to have hope that their relationship will sustain and support them through life’s journey. They want the cycle of hurt, anger and disconnection to stop so they can begin to experience happiness, joy and inner peace.
I know this is painful. I been working with people struggling with relationship issues since 2011. I know you don’t see a way out. I will partner with you, find things you need to move forward and live the life you want to lead. I’m practical, results oriented, and will push at the right time to help you make the most of your time in therapy. I will help you break down big issues into smaller bite-sized pieces to move towards your best life.
I incorporate elements of Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to create a sense of balance between mind and body.
