Lisa Goldfine

Clinical Psychologist -

Women have unique mental health needs. Too often these needs are overlooked or minimized in traditional therapy settings.

I provide a safe, dedicated space for women as they explore a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, relationship challenges, feelings of anxiety or depression, trauma, self-esteem or body image issues, and trouble achieving a work-life balance that feels sustainable.

I practice primarily from a psychodynamic perspective but I also have extensive training in both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) therapies and will integrate these approaches into our work when appropriate.

I do not provide one-size fits all treatment; my services are always tailored to meet your unique needs.

I am licensed in the state of New York, and I provide virtual telehealth sessions through an easy-to-use, secure, and HIPAA-compliant video portal. My clients span Westchester, Manhattan, New York City and the broader metropolitan area. I invite you to contact me to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation where you can learn more about my practice and have your questions answered.
