Lisa Bryden
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
Anxiety, depression, and stress can create real barriers in your life, despite your efforts to keep pushing through. When it all becomes too overwhelming, you might feel down, anxious, or even like you’re going crazy. You’re not alone- we all need support sometimes in life, and therapy is a brave step to seek that support. Whether what you’re experiencing is something you’ve lived with for awhile, or the result of some major changes in your life, I want you to know that change and healing is possible.
I work with adults 18 and up with challenges including anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I specialize in working with older adults around the challenges of aging, as well as those who may be experiencing serious illness. I also offer strengths-based support to those with ADHD/Autism, with expertise through both professional and lived experience.
I’m here to offer unconditional support, with a goal to really hear you and know you. If you would like to know more, or feel ready to take a step towards change, I am excited to hear from you!
