Lisa Blum

Licensed Clinical Psychologist; Certified EFT Therapist -

Dr. Lisa Blum has a private practice and is also a Co-Founder of the EFT Resource Center, a small group practice where we help make more fulfilling relationships possible for everyone. Our team of skilled, compassionate therapists shares the value of strong, secure relationships as a necessary ingredient to thriving. We offer in-person and online therapy services and workshops for individuals, couples, families and teens based on the highly effective approach of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), founded by Dr. Sue Johnson, is a profound way of understanding adult love, parenting, and family relationships, drawing from attachment theory. This approach has been met with unprecedented success in helping distressed couples and families improve their relationships and deepen their bonds. Decades of research in EFT have met the “gold standard” for a research-validated approach to improving relationships. EFT is also used to address individual concerns (including depression, anxiety and PTSD) and to repair parent-child and family bonds.

EFT allows individuals, couples, and families to experience one another in new ways that powerfully transform their relationships. For more information on EFT and how it works, please visit our website, www.EFTResourceCenter.com. For more detail on Dr. Blum’s practice, please visit www.DrLisaBlum.com.
