Lindsey Stanley

Licensed Master Social Worker -

We all have everything within ourselves to live the life we have always wanted. No matter where a person is in their journey to wellness, I will meet them there. The approach I utilize is customized to each client and is unique to the individual and their experiences. I specialize in working with mothers, children, and adolescents, as well as those who have experienced trauma or have an ADHD diagnosis. Additionally, I specialize in providing therapy to individuals pre/postnatal and those who experience birth trauma, fertility issues, and pregnancy loss. The goal I aim to achieve as a clinician is to create a safe, trustworthy space where clients are able to feel comfortable and confident in their own body and mind. I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, and IFS Informed Therapy to support my clients in finding a healing path forward.
