Lindsey Nance
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate -
Hi, I’m Lindsey, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
In our work together, I hold space for both the ache and the transformation. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relational challenges, identity development, grief, and life transitions.
My clinical approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, with flexibility to incorporate other evidence-based modalities such as mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral tools, narrative exploration, and somatic awareness.
My approach is anchored in person-centered therapy, where empathy, authenticity, and trust guide our work together. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a collaborative space that feels safe, steady, and supportive.
Therapy, in my eyes, is not about quick fixes, it’s about slowing down enough to listen to what your inner world is asking of you. I offer a steady, compassionate presence as you navigate whatever comes next. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
