Lindsey Boes

Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT

Often times the problems in our lives take over our story and turn us into someone we don’t want to be. I refuse to see my clients as problems and instead help them to decrease the presence of problems such as depression, shame, and anger, and help them be guided by their own values, such as love, integrity, and honesty.
I value transparency, authenticity, kindness, and hope in my work with clients and encourage collaboration and feedback. You deserve a therapist who treats you with dignity and honors what you have already learned about yourself.
