Associate Marriage and Family Therapist -
People enter therapy for various reasons. Perhaps you are reading this because you feel stuck in your job, a relationship ended, or you recently experienced a loss in which you feel others cannot understand. I would be honored to support and work side by side with you during these life transitions. Together, we can try to make sense of what is happening, understand what possibilities exist, and even find a sense of freedom from all the difficulties you are experiencing. Each of us has our own story and while we cannot control the plot, we can heal from our wounds and the perception we hold of our experiences.
In my approach, I lead with compassion, warmth, and respect. The process of understanding who we are in relation to others and the world around us is crucial to developing our most authentic self. My process involves using a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit in a thoughtful and gentle, yet direct way.
It is my primary goal to create a space in which you can fully express yourself and not only be heard, but understood. Given the uniqueness of every individual, my aim is to meet you wherever you are in your journey. I look forward to meeting you there.
If this is your first visit, I would love to offer you a free 15-minute phone consultation in order to learn more about you and how we can best work together.
