I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center. I completed my Postdoctoral Fellowship at Stanford University, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, and behavioral difficulties with teens and young adults. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, phobias, anger management and relationship difficulties. I use an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am passionate about being culturally sensitive, and have had the opportunity to work with individuals from a wide spectrum of ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I believe that we are all doing the best that we can. I take care to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive safe space to explore your unique struggles. My therapeutic style emphasizes compassion and collaboration while being direct and action-focused. Through this work, you will gain lifelong tools to manage distress and create a life you love.
